Senior Sales Negotiator
Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister / Valuer
Days – 5 days per week (work Saturdays with 1 day off in week)
Hours – 8.30am – 6pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm (Saturday)
The ideal candidate will be a Sales Negotiator / Lister / valuer with a strong track record in this field, who is able to self-generate stock.
We require a person who has experience in this type of work, be organised, efficient and able to work at a quick pace and accurately. You will also need to be able to deal with vendors and buyers, together with solicitors, on a one to one basis with confidence and knowledge of the property laws.
This job can be pressurised and so you will need to be able to work while always providing an excellent level of customer service at all times.
Candidates with NAEA would be beneficial but not essential. Courses are available and based in London with Property Mark.
We require someone who has the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise their work and day. Have good typing skills. Use word, excel, (Jupix / Street Software System). Travel is an important part of this job so a full driver’s licence with business car insurance is essential.
- Self generate valuations and convert into instructions
- Discuss market valuations, conditions and aspects of estate agency selling and laws with clients#
- Work towards set targets as outlined by your line manager
- Be a strong team player that is able to contribute to the overall success of the office
Salary is dependent on experience between £26,000 – £40,000per year which includes in this package commission pay.
