Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through a multitude of channels including 3rd party data sources, our internal database, LinkedIn, industry events, and other sources. Utilise a multitude of online and offline outreach strategies to initiate contact with prospects with the goal of booking meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Manage and update customer information, interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies to nurture leads, achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with the projects team to identify key accounts and opportunities for expansion.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline effectively using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Track progress, update records, and generate reports to provide visibility into sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management and projects teams to develop new initiatives for marketing, services development, and client retention practices to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
