Kyle Campion

Founder

I founded KCR Associates in 2015 as a specialist within the Flexible Workspace market across the UK. We have recently expanded into the USA, also covering Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate.

I love making a difference! Whether that’s someone looking for their next exciting career move or a company looking to hire their next top performer. Knowing I have played a part in helping people achieve their goals is what motivates me. I’m also incredibly passionate about doing Recruitment well and am committed to using the latest tech to enhance the hiring process for both clients & candidates.

The other part of my life revolves around my family, especially my wife and two children.  We go on adventures together to explore new places, try new activities, and most importantly make lasting memories. Family time is precious to me, and those moments together will be remembered forever! 💕

Rachel Campion

Director

I joined Kyle at KCR Associates in 2016 after returning from travelling in Canada. This was my first foray into Recruitment having previously worked in Customer Service, Administration and Accounts and so was a brand new challenge that I loved and is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about our use of video tech when representing our candidates! I believe that the right personality/attitude can often be the most important aspect of a hiring decision and a short video interview is far more effective than any cover letter!

As Talent Director, I absolutely love building relationships with candidates; helping them find their next career move, supporting them through the interview process and hearing about their future successes! It’s a pleasure to be part of their journey and I get a real sense of satisfaction when helping people to find their perfect role.

Outside of work I love to travel - whether it's visiting a country I've never been to before or just taking a weekend trip within the UK, I’m always excited to learn and explore something new. Closer to home, I love spending quality time with friends and family (and occasionally walking an Alpaca!).
